Saifur Rahman

Saif is a Co-founder of LightCastle Partners and currently a Professor & Program Coordinator at George Brown College, Canada. He also founded and now leads as the President & CEO of JIT Consulting in Ontario, Canada. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and Business Analyst (CBAP and PBA) with over 13 years of experience in Management Consulting, Information Technology, and Investment Banking domains. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner (ASQ, USA).

Beginning his career in Investment Banking back in 2009 and over the past 13 years, Saif has managed and executed 100+ projects including project planning, financial analysis & budgeting, resource management, work delegation, monitoring and controlling, and reporting. Assessed client’s business for enabling change and creating business value by eliciting and structuring requirements, analyzing current state, devising change strategies, and recommending effective and sustainable solutions. Prepared dynamic financial models and prepared advanced company valuation and financial projection documents for assisting clients make investment decisions.
