Position: Business Consultant (Full-Time)

Academic Experience Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Development Studies, or any relevant field.
About the Role:
This role involves coordinating consulting engagements and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead program management and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, from the design phase to the implementation phase.
- Research: Devise research methodology and data capture instruments, and data collection plan for projects. Conduct primary and secondary research, and focus group discussions to collect data. Articulate research reports meeting clients’ expectations.
- Business Development: Prepare project proposals, press releases, workshop/training curriculum, and any sort of communications required.
- Content Generation: Publishing articles, slide decks, concept notes, and white papers on industry practices for relevant media. Regularly prepare content based on primary and secondary data for the website and newsletter.
Required Skills and Traits:
- Has superior writing abilities (equivalent to IELTS band 8).
- Has previous experience in writing public, business reports.
- General understanding and interest in strategy and research.
- Willing to work in a highly demanding ad result-oriented team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, good team player, customer service orientation.
- Good proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant analytics/data visualization packages (R, Python, Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent English and Bangla communication skills – both written and oral.
