LightCastle Facilitates ‘Pre-incubation and Bootcamp in Search of Aquaculture Entrepreneurs’ for WorldFish Bangladesh

LightCastle Partners recently facilitated a pre-incubation & Bootcamp for WorldFish Bangladesh, titled “Pre-incubation and Bootcamp in search of Aquaculture Entrepreneurs”. The one-day event took place on November 5, 2020, in Rajshahi.

The program hosted more than 50 aquaculture entrepreneurs coming from Pabna, Naogaon, Natore, and Rajshahi. The participants were divided into groups for several knowledge dissemination sessions, where they were groomed and provided guidance by experts from that industry as well as senior project managers from LightCastle. The entrepreneurs provided profiles of their businesses and took part in interview sessions in hopes of taking part in the Accelerator Program. Panelists for the interview sessions included senior personnel from LightCastle Partners and WorldFish Bangladesh.

26 entrepreneurs were picked from the initial 52, for the upcoming Residential Accelerator Program in Rajshahi.
