Position: Senior Business Consultant (Full-Time)

Years of Experience: 4+ Years
Academic Experience Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Development Studies, or any relevant field.
About the Role:
This role involves managing consulting engagements and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and manage projects – both the strategy and the implementation.
- Lead a team of consultants and analysts to timely execute and deliver the results.
- Help build the team’s capacity to complete project deliverables with sufficient quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and control the quality of tasks, reports, assessments, and all important deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with the clients and other project stakeholders.
- Travel to different places inside Bangladesh to engage with beneficiaries and other project implementation actors.
- Support the business development team in sourcing new deals and projects.
- Support the communications team with data and content for the unit’s marketing collaterals.
Qualification Required:
- General understanding and experience in the realm of development sector project management; understanding/experience of engaging in the development of SME/startup ecosystem will serve as an advantage
- Clear understanding of concepts like market systems, private sector development (PSD), blended finance, and project monitoring & evaluation
- Candidates with a background in project management/development consulting are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, good team player
- Superior communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent English & Bangla communication skills – both written and oral
