A graduate from American International University -Bangladesh (AIUB) with a degree in Software Engineering. Jakia is a highly experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer, with an excellent understanding of QA methodology, software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC) and bug lifecycle. Jakia, is an expert in picking our bugs and glitches during web and mobile app testing and has in-depth knowledge in writing test plans, based on the requirements and functionalities of the system. Her familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and API Testing tools make her a key asset to the team.
