Sarina Haque

Sarina currently works as a Business Analyst at LightCastle Partners. She is a part of the Biniyog Briddhi—a first-of-its-kind catalytic funding/impact investments program jointly run by Roots of Impact and Swiss Development Corporation. She has contributed to various projects, including UNDESA, a project on Sandboxing in Bangladesh to help CMSMEs access finance, ExitStack, a knowledge-sharing platform for startups in Bangladesh, and LightCastle’s Advanced Learning Platform, LCAL. Sarina joined LightCastle Partners as a Trainee Consultant in May 2023 as part of the Marketing Team, collaborating with core teams and contributing to various aspects of digital marketing.

Before joining LightCastle, Sarina worked as a Research Associate at Pearl Institute of Management where her focus centred on researching strategies to elevate the skillsets of Bangladeshi individuals to international standards, thereby enhancing their employability. Preceding this role, she also worked as a Research Associate at QuickChicks Ltd for their new collaborative venture with Freight Farms, driving agritech innovation in Bangladesh.

Sarina has a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from BRAC University in Dhaka and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Development Studies from BRAC Institute of Governance and Development, BIGD.
