ACDI/VOCA ‘Unnoty’ Accelerator Program (Batch 3) Completed in Khulna

LightCastle Partners, in association with the Feed the Future Bangladesh Rice and Diversified Crops (RDC) Activity and Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF), have successfully completed the Demo Day of the third batch of “Unnoty” Accelerator Program with 21 women agri entrepreneurs on September 18, 2019, at CSS AVA Center, Khulna.

Unnoty is a business scale up project consisting of capacity development, forward market facilitation and investment readiness. In the Demo Day event, the entrepreneurs pitched their business to potential investors and forward market actors in the hopes of scaling up their enterprises.

The event was attended by Ms. Afifa Afrin, Gender Analyst, ACDI/VOCA; Ms. Maliha Ahmed, Education Psychologist; Mr. MD. Shabbir Nowsher, PMP, Project Manager & Senior Business Consultant, LightCastle Partners; Mr. Omar Farhan Khan, Business Consultant, LightCastle Partners, two personnel from Bank Asia Limited, three personnel from BRAC Bank Ltd., two personnel from local government agriculture office and three wholesale traders of rice, vermicompost and milk processing products.
