Globally, the pandemic has hit small businesses – classified as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and their stakeholders particularly hard. With limited resources and high vulnerability to such economic crises, the SMEs of Bangladesh are in the face of a major disruption. To address the impact and the most pressing concerns of the SMEs, Bijon Islam presented the key insights from a recent study by LightCastle on a webinar organized by the Global Chamber.
