LightCastle Partners at CFA Society Bangladesh Career Fair 2023: Connecting Opportunities

LightCastle Partners recently participated in the CFA Society Bangladesh Career Fair 2023, an event that acted as a pivotal platform for aspiring professionals seeking to forge connections with recruiters. 

At the event, participants were able to gather insights into LightCastle Partners, management and development consulting as a career pathway, and the opportunities that LightCastle has to offer for individuals with a CFA or Finance background. 

The event took place on the 24^th of August from 3 pm to 6 pm and LightCastle Partners was represented by Ilham Hassan Chowdhury (Business Consultant), and Nuzhat Naoshin (HR Officer), who actively engaged with participants, providing insights and information about the company, available positions, and future career opportunities. 

During the three-hour-long event, more than 60 candidates visited the LightCastle Partners booth and inquired about the management and development consulting sector, career opportunities within the organization, and more. 

Ilham Hassan Chowdhury, himself a CFA Level 2 graduate, shared his experience with the candidates and gave them an overview of the kind of multifaceted and challenging work that they can do at the company by leveraging their finance expertise.
