Celebrating International Women’s Day 2023: Breakfast Meetup with the Superwomen of LightCastle Partners

LightCastle Partners recently commemorated the International Women’s Day 2023 on the 9th of March, 2023, with a Breakfast Meetup event at Hotel Bengal Blueberry in Gulshan, Dhaka, in the presence of key members of the management and 14 of our amazing colleagues.

This event was intended to be a small gesture of appreciation to celebrate and encourage the valuable contributions of the amazing women that call this organization their professional home.

As an organization and as a team, LightCastle Partners strongly believes that an unstinting commitment to gender equality and women empowerment is necessary for sustainable and inclusive growth in Bangladesh. 

Furthermore, only by creating an environment that supports and empowers women, can the organization truly attract and retain top talent, foster innovation and creativity, and ultimately achieve greater success. 

On innumerable occasions, LightCastle has made noteworthy contributions to initiatives and programs that promote women empowerment and gender inclusivity, such as Meta #SheMeansBusiness, to take just one example. 

In addition to a scrumptious breakfast meal, the team engaged in an informal discussion to identify bigger and better ways in which LightCastle can foster a more gender-inclusive culture and generally contribute to a more inclusive society through its interventions in various initiatives and programs but also outside of it. 

With the support and dedication of the superwomen in our team as well as all team members, clients, partners, and well-wishers, may we continue to commemorate this day for many years to come and continue to make a positive impact in advancing the goal of an inclusive and equal society in Bangladesh.
