LightCastle Conducted Business Conclave 2022

LightCastle Partners brought all of its functional teams together and conducted the Business Conclave 2022 which was held on the 11th and 12th of September at its headquarters. The objective of the conclave was to create synergy among the teams and guide the organization toward its vision of becoming the most respectable global consulting company in Bangladesh. 

The Conclave was inaugurated by the CEO, Bijon Islam, with his opening remarks. He onboarded the organizational team about the journey of LightCastle Partners over the last 10 years and shared the vision of the company in the context of Bangladesh and beyond. Alongside Bijon Islam, the other cofounders Ivdad Ahmed Khan Mojlish (Managing Director) and Zahedul Amin (Director, Finance, Strategy & Consulting Services) also shared stories from different phases and projects of LightCastle. They all reflected on how LightCastle has evolved into a current pool of 50+ personnel, with alumni of 100+ accomplished professionals who are now working at leading global and local companies. Beyond serving global and local clients in the private, public, and development sectors, LightCastle has always focused on the personal and professional development of its employees. 

Over the 2-day event, the functional teams presented their noteworthy projects, along with their visions of being recognized by a top global magazine for their contribution to inspiring businesses, boosting the economy, and changing lives. Each of the team shared their imaginative magazine covers which made the sessions more fun and captivating. The conclave also created an opportunity for the internal teams to connect together and build a stronger cross-functional relationship.
