LightCastle Partners and SME Vai Team Up to Provide Business Support to MSMEs

LightCastle Partners signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SME Vai, a Bangladeshi SME financing platform providing affordable financing solutions to small businesses across the country.

Mr. Omar Farhan Khan, Sr. Business Consultant & Project Manager, LightCastle Partners, and Mr. Mahadi Hasan Sagor, Co-founder and Managing Director, SME Vai signed the agreement on behalf of their organization on Wednesday at LightCastle’s head office in Dhaka. Other members of LightCastle were present during the signing as well.

The MoU aims to facilitate collaboration between the two organizations in promoting the growth and development of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bangladesh.

As per the agreement, LightCastle and SME Vai have reached an understanding to work jointly in collaboration towards providing financial documentation support services and formalising/structuring the accounting process of MSMEs with curated tech solutions, whereby LightCastle shall identify suitable entrepreneurs or businesses led by such entrepreneurs from amongst its listed members, to whom SME Vai can offer their value-added services in accordance with its policies and guidelines.
