LightCastle Participated in iDE Uddokta Mela 2022 in Moulvibazar

LightCastle Partners participated in the Uddokta Mela on 5th September 2022, organized by International Development Enterprises (iDE), in collaboration with Moulvibazar District Administration. The day-long fair was held at Bengal Convention Hall in Moulvibazar.

Through this fair, local MSMEs, banks, and entrepreneurs connected to create an investment-friendly environment and help develop income, livelihood, and above all the rural environment of the people living in the Sylhet division.

‘Uddokta- Empowering Entrepreneurs‘ is a three-year (2020-2022) project funded by Chevron and the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh. LightCastle Partners has been appointed to execute an enterprise accelerator program and develop mentorship guidelines for this project.

The fair saw 25 stalls consisting of rural MSMEs, banks, and companies like Pran-RFL, ACI, Lal Teer, and others. The event was graced by the District Commissioner of Moulvibazar, Mr. Mir Nahid Ahsan, and Additional District Commissioner Tania Sultana.
