LightCastle signs Agreement with BRAC for evaluating ERMG project

LightCastle Partners has recently signed a contract with BRAC for the project titled, “Development of Business Model for BRAC ERMG project”. BRAC’s ERMG project works towards improving the lives of workers employed in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector of Bangladesh via a One-Stop Service Centres (OSSC)” solution- which provides RMG workers customized solutions across the fields of healthcare, legal aid, skills development, and financial services.

LightCastle will support BRAC by evaluating the business proposition of BRAC’s ERMG project and designing a potential business model, based on the findings of the study. In addition, LightCastle will conduct this study from the perspective of sustainability, understand the desirability of the services from the stakeholders’ point of view, and develop business strategies accordingly. The study will be conducted across the locations of Savar, Gazipur, and Tongi and is expected to be completed by the month of June of this year.
