LightCastle signs Agreement with ACDI/VOCA to Assess the Learnings of Female Entrepreneurs in Gender Accelerator Program

LightCastle Partners has recently signed a contract with ACDI/VOCA for the project titled, “Unnoty Gender Accelerator Program: Learning Activity”. LightCastle will support ACDI/VOCA by conducting a study following up on the journey of graduates from three cohorts of the Unnoty Gender Accelerator Program. This study provides an assessment of the graduate female entrepreneurs’ ability to implement the learnings from the accelerator program, the changes they felt as a result of those learnings, and their eagerness to continue participating in future programs.

In addition, LightCastle will develop a report highlighting the successes, challenges, and further additions to ensure that the Unnoty Gender Accelerator Program is able to adequately meet the changing needs of female entrepreneurs in Jessore and Khulna.
