The Bangladesh-Netherlands Agribusiness Conclave

The Bangladesh-Netherlands Agribusiness Conclave took place on May 30, 2022, at the Hilton Hotel in Hague, Netherlands. Led by His Excellency Riaz Hamidullah and the Bangladesh Embassy in the Netherlands, the program was facilitated with the support of the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, Bangladeshi Ministry of Agriculture, Wageningen University and Research, Standard Chartered Bank, Larive International, Netherlands Food Partnership, Dutch Greenhouse Delta and LightCastle Partners.

The conclave enabled collaborative opportunities between the Dutch and Bangladeshi private sector agriculture players and ensured dialogues to overcome existing bottlenecks within the Bangladeshi agricultural sector while also utilizing the unexplored and abundant opportunities that the country has to offer.
