LightCastle Partners Signs an MoU with The Daily Star to Collaborate in Launching the LightCastle Business Confidence Index 2022-23

LightCastle Partners has signed an MoU with The Daily Stars for collaboration in launching the LightCastle Business Confidence Index 2022-23 as a strategic partner. This will be the fifth edition of one of LightCastle’s flagship annual publications. LightCastle Partners have worked jointly with The Daily Star in previous editions of the study as well.

LightCastle Business Confidence Index serves as a holistic framework while analyzing the cumulative sentiment of private sector players spanning across sectors having a direct impact on Bangladesh’s growth story. 

The index takes into account both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the data to pinpoint what the sentiments in the economy by analyzing what key drivers are bolstering the economy, the persisting underlying challenges, how successful ventures navigate past the gridlocks, and lastly, aggregating the findings into a comprehensive publication providing a baseline understanding of the status quo. 

The study furthermore serves as a landscape to portray the progress of Bangladesh’s economy through a versatile environment by analyzing the cumulative sentiment of key economic actors across multiple industries: SMEs, and medium and large enterprises. 

LightCastle Partners would jointly collaborate with The Daily Star in mapping out key relevant industry stakeholders and help with outreach and intelligence sharing.

Subsequently, upon completion of the study, LightCastle Partners, along with The Daily Star, would hold multiple panel discussions with industry leaders highlighting findings from the study for validation and further value addition.
