LightCastle Conducts Workshop on Export Readiness for Women-Led SMEs

LightCastle Partners has conducted a comprehensive workshop titled ‘Export Readiness’ geared towards women-led Small and Medium Enterprises (WSMEs). This two-day event, hosted from April 20 to 21 at Nascent Gardenia in Baridhara, marked the inauguration of a series of workshops under the Women in Finance (We-Fi) initiative by the World Bank, in collaboration with Innovision Consulting and North South University. This strategic initiative aims to increase the involvement of WSMEs in corporate value chains, with the ultimate goal of advancing supplier diversity.

The first day featured insightful sessions led by industry veterans, such as –
